               Please help us to keep our information up to date by notifying us if any of the following change throughout the year:

  • You wish to change days,
  • Contact details such as address or phone numbers,
  • Emergency contact/authorized pick up person,
  • Changes to you, or your partners employment status,
  • Any newly diagnosed medical conditions,
  • Any changes in custodial arrangements.
