Awards Night 2008

  

  

Jasmine Ford receiving Gymnast of the Year for 2008. Jasmine had a great year with a 1st in both State Trials, 1st at State Championships and 3rd at the Australian National championships. Due to outstanding Results, Jasmine also claimed the WAG best in competition award also. Well Done Jazzy!

  

  

  

  

AJ Lovatt also had an outstanding year and here he is receiving Runner up Gymnast of the Year. AJ also took out Highest Point Scorer by blitzing the competition. AJ participated in National Club in December, winning overall. As with the last several years, AJ's training on the National Squad continues. Great work AJ!

Brooke Connolly has also been on fire throughout 2008. Here is Brooke recieving the Most Talented Gymnast of the year award. Brooke won at regionals, gained places at State, and is on the NSW Senior Bronze Squad for 2009, where she will spend time training with the best junior Gymnasts and Coaches the State has to offer. Gabby Hussey getting Most Improved & Dedicated gymnast of the year. Gabby has had a busy year with competitions and clinics at the AIS as part of the NSW Silver Squad. She's had some great results in an ever-growing field of Level 6 International Gymnasts. Congratulations Gabby!  

  

  

  

  

Phoenix Stamp being awarded Best in Competition for MAG Level 1-5. Phoenix definitely earned this one. It's hard to think of a competition this year where Phoenix wasn't on the dias. Well done Phoenix!  

  

  

  

  

  

Kayleigh Falconer with her award for Attitude & Self Discipline. The coaches voting was unanimous on this one. Always focussed and working hard, Well done Kayleigh whose hard work has also earned her a 2009 position on the NSW Bronze squad!  

  

  

  

Emma Lancaster won Highest Point Scorer in Level 1 to 3! Great results at Regional and State Championships for Emma this year. Nice work Emma!

  

  

  

  

  

A big Congratulations to Ryan McAllister who took out Levels most determined & Consistent Gymnast for 2008. Ryan also had some great results during the year and is currently trialing for a place on the NSW MAG Squad. Well done Ryan!
