Adults Gymnastics - For the young at heart!

            This program is for the young at heart. Whether you did gymnastics as a child and want to get back in to it, or you feel like a challenge and never tried anything like it before, you will enjoy our adult class (for gymnasts aged 16 years +.) Fitness, strength, injury prevention programs are all part of this class. We also cater for those who would like to learn a few cool tricks and stunts using the wide variety of equipment such as harnesses, foam pit, tumble trampolines and much more.

            The emphasis for this class is always placed on fun and safety.

  

Classes and times are as follows:

  

• Thursday Night      8:15pm - 9:15pm

  

            The class is $13-00 per week paid by the term, or $15 per class on a casual basis (you must still pay annual registration even if you are attending cassually. Please see our fees policy for more information) To book in your trial lesson, please contact us.
