Our Philosophy

            Carmel & Co Gymnastics aims to help each Gymnast be the best they can be. Progression of skills and ability is much more important than winning. Gymnasts are encouraged to work to the best of their ability for intrinsic rewards that promote a sense of accomplishment, self esteem and confidence and in doing so, medals will follow.
