Congratulations to our Boys on their success in Los Angeles

Thursday, March 10, 2011
A huge congratulations to Michael Tonegato, Jack Doyle & Hugh Gabor for their performances as part of the Australian team, having finished competition in Los Angeles!

In Level 9…….
Michael Tonegato: 1st All Around, with 1st on Pommel & P- Bars, 2nd on Floor, Rings & High Bar, and 4th on Vault!

Jack Doyle: 2nd All Around, with 1st on Vault & High Bar, 2nd P-Bars, 3rd Floor and 4th on Pommel & Rings
In Level 8…….

Hugh Gabor: 7th All around, with 2nd on P-Bars, 3rd on Rings, and 4th on High Bar & Pommel.
A fantastic effort from the boys. Unfortunately in Level 8, Hugh had to sit out Vault and Floor exercise due to a foot injury, but achieved impressive results in the apparatus he competed.

In Level 9, Michael just managed to squeeze out Jack for the Gold all-around, finishing just 0.1 of a point in front of Jack! Michael completed his six apparatus to finish on 76.450, while Jack completed his routines to finish on 76.350 to take Silver.

Congratulations to our Boys on their success in Los Angeles Thursday, March 10, 2011
