Carmel & Co Invitational our biggest ever

Monday, June 09, 2014

Our Carmel & Co Level 1-6 Invitational was held on 7th & 8th June, and was the biggest event we've ever hosted!

We had over 340 Gymnasts competing from Australian Academy, Buritz, Caringbah YMCA, GSSA, Gymtastic, Manly Warringah, Moss Vale, Nepean, Oatley, Lake Illawarra PCYC, Penrith YMCA, South Coast Gymnastics Academy, PLC, Nowra, Shire Gymnastics, Woonona Bulli, Yotala, and of course us!

Our Gymnasts did well with several places across the levels, and our Parent helpers also raised some funds with cakes, slices and the BBQ!

We'd like to thank all of the clubs and Gymnasts for travelling to compete, their parents and coaches, judges, our parent helpers and our Gymnasts who helped all weekend to enable the event to run so smoothly!

Gym is open again

Thursday, March 27, 2014

After the drama of the last few days following the flood, the gym has been completely stripped, dried out, and re-assembled.

All classes are now back on again, with the first being Kindergym on Friday 28th March.

We would like to take the opportunity to sincerely thank all of our helpers over the last few days. Without the manpower, we simply would not have been able to turn it all around in three days!

For those who have missed classes from Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, we will be offering make up classes that can be used any time between now and the end of 2014. So no rush! Please contact administration to book in.
