Carmel & Co Gymnastics
Carmel & Co Gymnastics is a huge, modern and purpose built gymnastics facility situated at 28 Sunset Ave, Barrack Heights near Shellharbour on the South Coast of New South Wales. We boast a full sized sprung floor, trampolines including a 10 metre tumble tramp, foam pit, bungee harnesses, and several sets of every apparatus - The largest and best equipped Gym in the entire region!
We are a family run business, who cater for gymnasts aged 16 months and up with a wide range of programs ranging from Kindergym, Recreational fun programmes, competitive Men’s artistic gymnastics, Women’s artistic gymnastics, Cheerleading, Tumbling, Trampolining, Birthday parties and much more. In fact, we have a class to suit just about anyone!
The coaching team at Carmel & Co are highly qualified and experienced and love what they do in training both the young, and the young at heart in gymnastics. We are now in our 16th year of operation, and our passion for the sport continues.
